Oak Cliff Cultural Center proudly presents VOICE, an exhibit featuring the works of artists, Jeremy Biggers, Sam Lao, Hatziel Sammy Rat Rios, Drigo, and Odessa Buggs. Voice will be on display from September 9th – October 13th. An artist reception will be held on Saturday, September 9th from 5:30pm – 8:00pm. Both exhibit and reception will be free and open to the public.
